Mental health while out of work - any advice?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a nurse's aide. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
