I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I feel numb. How do you ask friends for support?

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
