Mental health while out of work - any advice?

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an accounts payable clerk. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
