Mental health while out of work after 9 years as an accounts payable clerk

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an accounts payable clerk. It has been a long 22 weeks. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
