Mental health while out of work after 9 years as a paralegal

Being out of work for 12 months has worn me down more than I expected. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I feel numb.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
