Mental health while out of work after 8 years as a warehouse supervisor

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.
