Mental health while out of work after 5 years as a forklift operator

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a forklift operator. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.
