Mental health while out of work after 17 years as a bank teller

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
