Mental health while out of work after 15 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a hotel front-desk agent. Thank you in advance. Some days I feel numb.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
