Mental health while out of work after 14 years as a production planner

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a production planner. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
