Mental health while out of work after 13 years as a delivery driver

Being out of work for 8 months has worn me down more than I expected. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
