Mental health while out of work after 10 years as a project coordinator

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
