Mental health while out of work after 10 years as a procurement assistant

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. What helps you?

Community mental-health services often have sliding-scale fees. I found mine through 211.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
