Mental health while out of work after 10 years as a janitorial supervisor

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a janitorial supervisor. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Short walks helped me more than I expected. Even ten minutes changed my mood.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
