Mental health while out of work - 9 months and counting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
