Mental health while out of work

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a web developer. It has been a long 7 weeks. Some days I feel numb. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
