Mental health while out of work - 8 months and counting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an electrician's helper. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to pretend I am fine.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
