Mental health while out of work - 8 months and counting

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an HR coordinator. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
