Mental health while out of work - 7 weeks in

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
