Mental health while out of work - 7 months and counting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
