Mental health while out of work - 6 months and counting

Being out of work for 6 months has worn me down more than I expected. It has been a long 16 weeks. Some days I feel numb.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
