Mental health while out of work

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. Thank you in advance. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

I told two friends how I really felt. It was uncomfortable, but it made things lighter.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
