Mental health while out of work

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a nurse's aide. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
