Mental health while out of work - 4 weeks in

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a hotel front-desk agent. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
