Mental health while out of work - 4 weeks in

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. It has been a long 4 weeks. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
