Mental health while out of work - 26 weeks in

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a production planner. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to pretend I am fine. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
