Mental health while out of work - 26 weeks in

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a customer-service rep. Some days I feel numb. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
