Mental health while out of work - 24 weeks in

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being a nurse's aide. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
