Mental health while out of work - 22 weeks in

I miss my old team and the routine that came with being an administrative assistant. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. I exercise when I can and try to stay connected.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
