Mental health while out of work - 15 weeks in

Being out of work for 7 months has worn me down more than I expected. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I feel numb. What helps you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
