Mental health while out of work - 14 months and counting

Being out of work for 14 months has worn me down more than I expected. It has been a long 2 weeks. I do not want to pretend I am fine. How do you ask friends for support?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
