Mental health while out of work - 14 months and counting

Being out of work for 14 months has worn me down more than I expected. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I feel numb. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
