Mental health while out of work - 13 months and counting

I am trying to look after my mental health while I search. It has been a long 21 weeks. I do not want to pretend I am fine. Did you talk to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
