Looking for a job club or meetup in Tampa after 16 years as a recruiter

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
