Looking for a job club or meetup in Spokane - 3 weeks in

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
