Looking for a job club or meetup in San Diego - 10 months and counting

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
