Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as an accounts payable clerk. It has been a long 18 weeks. I think weekly goals would help.

Our workforce centre runs a free weekly club. Ask at the front desk.

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
