Looking for a job club or meetup in Little Rock (update)

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as a home health aide. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
