Local services for people out of work in Wichita - any advice?

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a retail manager in Wichita. It has been weighing on me all week. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
