Local services for people out of work in Tulsa - 5 months and counting

I found a few free services in Tulsa that I did not know about. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
