Local services for people out of work in Toledo (Toledo)

I found a few free services in Toledo that I did not know about. I am in Toledo, in case local advice matters. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
