Local services for people out of work in Toledo - any advice?

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a project coordinator in Toledo. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

Call 211 to hear about local help with food, rent and utilities. It is free and open at all hours.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
