Local services for people out of work in Toledo

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a production planner in Toledo. I worked as a production planner before this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
