Local services for people out of work in Tampa after 12 years as an office manager

I found a few free services in Tampa that I did not know about. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
