Local services for people out of work in Tampa - 4 weeks in

I found a few free services in Tampa that I did not know about. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
