Local services for people out of work in Tampa - 12 months and counting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a call-centre agent in Tampa. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
