Local services for people out of work in St. Louis (St. Louis)

I found a few free services in St. Louis that I did not know about. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The library had résumé help and free computer time.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
