Local services for people out of work in Spokane - what worked for you?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.
