Local services for people out of work in Spokane (update)

I found a few free services in Spokane that I did not know about. Thank you in advance. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
