Local services for people out of work in Spokane - any advice?

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a call-centre agent in Spokane. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The library had résumé help and free computer time.

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
